Founded in 1992, Watch Communications is a wireless communications company specializing in Wireless Broadband Internet, Fiber Internet, TV, Hosting and VoIP Phone Services to both residential and business customers in the rural Midwest. Watch Communications began as a Cable TV Provider and expanded service offerings at the beginning of the Broadband Internet Revolution in 1998 to include Internet. Watch focuses on under- and unserved small and rural markets throughout Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. The company has grown from its roots in Lima, OH, to service more than 24,000 homes and businesses throughout the Midwest.
Watch Communications Broadband Internet service has been engineered to provide services from more than 525 towers via radio signal. Watch Communications has an experienced management team with extensive wireless broadband/ISP expertise to bring to you the best possible product. Our network utilizes the most recent technologies, always-on connections and high-speed connectivity. Our customers are provided with an advanced reception antenna, affixed to their home or property. Watch Communications is equipped to provide service to almost any home in our service area, and we pledge to do whatever it takes to provide our clients with quality services.
Watch Communications is proud to partner with Dish TV to offer satellite television service. Our services have grown to offer our customers a local quality and affordable alternative to standard Cable Television systems and packages that fit into any budget.
Watch Communications is a subsidiary of Benton Ridge Telephone (BRT), an Ohio corporation founded in 1902 to provide telephone services in rural Ohio communities.
Executive Team






Chris Daniels
CEO, President
Chris Daniels is President and CEO of Watch Communications, a 27-year-old broadband service provider with ILEC roots dating back to 1902. Over the last 27 years, Chris has served in technical, sales, and executive roles with both wireline and wireless telecommunications companies. Chris joined Watch Communications as CEO in 2019 and is working toward establishing the company as a leading provider of rural broadband in the Midwest.
Before joining Watch, Chris served as President of Telrad’s Broadband Wireless Access division. In this role, he led the charge in establishing Telrad as a worldwide leader in fixed-focused LTE solutions. Chris joined Telrad after their acquisition of the Alvarion BWA division in 2013, where he served as VP of Sales and later as General Manager of the Americas. Previously, Chris served as an AVP of Product Strategy for Zhone Technologies, where he focused on meeting the technology needs of global wireline carriers.
Chris studied Computer Science at Purdue University from 1988-1992 and earned a BS in International Business Administration from Liberty University.
Ken Williams
Chief Financial Officer
Ken Williams is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Watch Communications. Ken joined Watch as a Director in 2001 and served as President and CEO from 2008 – 2019. He has worked in various executive roles, both at Watch and at previous companies.
Ken also serves as President and CEO of Benton Ridge Telephone Company, an affiliated company. He has lived in Northwest Ohio for most of his life and currently lives in the Lima area.
Tommy Della Rocco
Vice President/General Manager – Wireless Division
Tommy Della Rocco is the Vice President/General Manager of Watch Communications’ Wireless Division. He has more than 35 years’ experience in building and delivering Telecom Networks domestically and internationally to more than 30 million people and delivering services to more than 2.5 million households throughout his career.
He joined Watch in early 2020, having come from his own consulting firm where he worked with start-ups, small- and medium Telecom/Internet of Things organizations on business direction, technology review, architecture, system planning, business planning, organizational planning and implementation, and the effective use of KPIs and metrics. Prior to that, he was the Chief Operating Officer at ConVergence where he helped deliver Fixed broadband services, VoIP, Merchant Processing and Network Hardware for the North American Wireless Internet Service Providers. Tommy was also employed with OMGFast a subsidiary of Cablevision; Charles Street Partners, LLC (CSP); CoreComm, Inc.; United Kingdom-based NTL; Cellular Communications of Puerto Rico and Cellular Communications, and other telecom- and telecom-focused companies.
Mark Miller, CPA
Vice President, General Manager of Fiber Divisions
Mark Miller is Vice President and General Manager of the Fiber Divisions of Watch Communications. Mark has been a part of the Watch Executive Team for 10 years. He brings more than 30 years of experience in various CFO roles in manufacturing and communication companies. Over the last 25 years, Mark has also lead acquisition teams on over 25 acquisition projects. Mark also led companies in securing RUS loans and grants. He has assisted in successfully launching two fiber-to-the-premises companies in the past 15 years.
Before joining Watch, Mark was CFO of a diverse holding company which grew 500% in ten years. Mark also was CFO of an international hazardous waste transportation and remediation company. Mark enjoys the challenge of creating a funding matrix with companies and government entities to reach those underserved areas of the Midwest.
Greg Jarman
Chief Development Officer
Greg Jarman is the Chief Development Officer for Watch Communications, overseeing business development. Greg joined Watch in 2014 and was previously the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Technology Officer.
He started his career as a consultant and software developer. He designed and developed software for the U.S. Department of Defense, Northrup, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Martin Marietta, and the state of Indiana.
Greg has lived in rural America most of his life and has been a pioneer in providing Internet to rural communities since 1994. He was the first Internet Service Provider in his home county when he started Dial Up services that same year. Greg then moved to providing DSL services and finally to fixed wireless and fiber connectivity services for residential and commercial applications beginning in 1998.
Greg has served on various industry committees including Ivy Tech Agricultural Advisory, WISPA and the Indiana ISP Association. Having lived in rural America most of his life, he has a passion for serving where he lives.
Joel Dunifon
Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer, Joel Dunifon oversees all Data, Information Technology, and Network functions of the company, which includes Data Center and Server Infrastructure, Network Operations (Core, Access, and Edge), IT Helpdesk, Cyber Security, Software Development, and Data Analysis.
Joel has been with Watch Communications for nearly 20 years. He developed many of the software platforms used to provision and monitor the company’s customers and systems, and spent more than 10 years directly managing much of the Western Ohio network and helped grow the Internet subscriber base from just few hundred to the nearly 20,000 customers Watch serves today. Through the years, Joel oversaw the establishment of our Internet Technical Support, Network Operations, and IT Helpdesk departments.
Joel holds an Associate’s degree in Information Systems, majoring in Computer Programming, from Rhodes State College. He also holds an FAA commercial drone pilot certification, enjoys building and flying FPV drones, following developments in astronomy and space flight, and plays the guitar and sings on the worship team at his church. He lives in Bluffton, Ohio with his wife and 5 sons.
Frank E. Glaszner
Vice President, Sales & Retention
Frank E. Glaszner is the Vice President of Sales & Retention, responsible for growth and performance of the sales teams. As a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of sales and sales management experience, Frank is known for driving growth, maximizing operational efficiencies and delivering exceptional ROI. Frank, during his early part of his career spent over 10 years in the financial industry learning and mastering trend analysis, financial and ROI modeling.
Over the past sixteen years, Frank has worked in the telecom/service provider industry leveraging his skill set in both sales and operations. Frank previously worked at Broadvox, McCleod USA, PAETEC and Windstream, then expanded into the managed services world with ACC/Wireless Connections and Integrated Network Concepts. Frank holds a Six Sigma Black Belt and Total Quality Management (TQM) certification, focused in the service provider industry.
Conrad D’Souza
Chief Operation Officer
Conrad D’Souza is the Chief Operating Officer at Watch Communications and is responsible for day-to-day operations, including program management, tower services, customer and technical support, and facilities management.
Prior to joining Watch, Conrad led the Network Services business at Tech Mahindra as Vice President, Communications, Media & Entertainment where he was responsible for Tier 1 Data, Media and Telecommunication Service Providers. Before joining Tech Mahindra, Conrad was the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for Cima Group, a Cloud-based PaaS/SaaS company focused on monetizing the back office (BSS) for any digital transaction, where he led the acquisition of Knetik, a Contextual Analytics, Business Intelligence and Revenue Optimization Digital transaction management company.
Conrad has more than 20 years of technology-leadership and executive experience in Operations, Strategy, P&L Management, Product Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Alliances, Business Development and Sales. He has held leadership and individual contributor positions at Telcordia, Nortel and Ericsson. At Telcordia, he was responsible for their acquisition of Granite Systems. At Nortel, in his capacity of Director of Business Operations in Strategic Alliances, he managed a $400M P&L.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, is an avid fan of Mixed Martial Arts and lives in the Greater Cincinnati area.
Mike O’Connor
General Manager, Watch Services Division
Mike O’Connor is the General Manager of Watch Services Division. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the IT and technology fields. He has been involved in several startups during this time but has spent the last 25 years with WCOIL, a full-service Internet and Technology Services Company.
Mike started WCOIL in the spring of 1995 as the first Internet provider in Lima, OH. As the Internet evolved, so did WCOIL, growing from dial-up to DSL, cable, wireless and fiber optic. WCOIL delivered Internet to residential and business customers throughout west central Ohio. The company also offered email and web hosting services, business telephone service and systems, managed IT services, residential and business security and fire systems. WCOIL became the IT partner for many small- and medium-sized businesses in the Lima area.
Mike and his wife Barb live in Lima, where they raised their 4 children and are actively involved in many organizations.
