Please read this important information that may affect your bill!
Dear Valued Customer,
As you may already know, your Internet service is a measured broadband service. This means you are provided a service that is ‘soft limited’ by the amount of data you use, and additional fees are assessed if you exceed the limit for your subscribed package during any calendar month. There is no other impact on your service in terms of speed or performance. To this point, we have not enforced this limitation.
Starting on January 1st, we have begun enforcing the ‘soft limit’ on your service. If you exceed the usage limit for your subscribed package, you will be charged an additional $5 per 20 GB of usage. For example, if your limit is 100 GB and you use between 100 and 120 GB, you will see an additional $5 charge on your bill. Keep in mind that any overage fees associated with usage in January will appear on the bill that is generated in February and due in March.
Our Sales Department works hard to find the right package to meet the needs and usage pattern for each customer, so most customers are not exceeding this limit; however, to avoid additional charges, we strongly recommend you regularly check your usage to make sure you are not exceeding the soft limit for your subscribed package.
You can review the package you are subscribed to and see how much data you’ve used by logging into our online bill pay and account management system at https://watchcomm.smarthub.
