If you are experiencing technical problems, we advise you to please take the following actions:

  • Shutdown and restart any affected computer that is experiencing problems.
  • If any sort of router is in place, power cycle the equipment. This can be accomplished by unplugging the power cable going into the router, waiting a few seconds, and replacing the cable back into place.
  • Power cycle the modem provided by Watch Communications. Our modems must be power cycled whenever a new device has been plugged in. (Modems and routers occasionally need to be power cycled to clear any small issues).
  • If none of the above actions resolve your issue or if you feel uncertain about performing any of the above actions, please contact Watch Communications Technical Support.
