and operate Lightning Net wireless Internet network assets which serve residential and
commercial customers in Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio.
Through this acquisition, Watch will immediately provide service to hundreds of new
wireless Internet subscribers in Allen, Dekalb, Noble, and LaGrange Counties in Indiana.
Additionally, this acquisition serves for expansion into Williams, Defiance, Van Wert and
Paulding Counties in Ohio.
